How chatlinklist works

Turn any list or table into a link that opens as a clean, editable page. No account, no key. Nothing is stored until the link is opened. The same text for AI models is at /llms.txt.

title = header (always include). subtitle = one grey line beneath it. note = one short plain paragraph. Plain text only: no Markdown, no styling keys.

format: "checklist" for things to work through (tap to tick), "bullets" for reference material, "numbered" for steps or rankings. Set delete and reorder to false for a fixed sequence such as a recipe. totals applies to tables.

Rules

Type is inferred: items = list, columns + rows = table. Never declare a type.
Use these full-word keys exactly. Unknown keys are ignored.
Encode the JSON. Do not wrap it in quotes, backticks or Markdown inside the URL.
Give the link on its own line, or as a Markdown link named after the title.
Anyone with the link can edit it. Pages unused for 12 months are deleted.

For people

When you first open a link, the list is saved and the address bar changes to a short link. Anyone with that link can open and edit it, no account needed.

Nothing is stored until a link is opened. Lists unused for 12 months are deleted. Every list has a Delete button.

Reordering uses drag and drop; there is no keyboard alternative yet.
