1. Write the JSON below. Keep it under 8,000 characters; split longer content into several links.

## List

format: "checklist" for things to work through (tap to tick), "bullets" for reference material, "numbered" for steps or rankings. Set delete and reorder to false for a fixed sequence such as a recipe. totals applies to tables.

## Rules

- Type is inferred: items = list, columns + rows = table. Never declare a type.
- Use these full-word keys exactly. Unknown keys are ignored.
- Encode the JSON. Do not wrap it in quotes, backticks or Markdown inside the URL.
- Give the link on its own line, or as a Markdown link named after the title.
- Anyone with the link can edit it. Pages unused for 12 months are deleted.
